We thought you would enjoy reading just some of the guest comments Wildwood Inn receives.

  1. Dana says:

I travel the world and yet I was very impressed by Wildwood Inn. Everything in the room was good quality. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The furniture was old but solid and of good quality (not chipped, scratched, stained or damaged in other ways). The bedspread and linen also tasteful and clean.
The gentlemen at he front desk was nice and personable. We were allowed to borrow DVDs based on trust and did not have to sign our lives away for 2 movies. His conversation was pleasant because it was intelligent and genuine.
Loved the place with all my heart.

  2. Renee Fanous says:

We had never been to Colorado before and we are so lucky that we chose to stay with Wildwood Inn. Our cabin was perfect from beginning to end. It was spotless upon arrival and fully equipped! The staff was so helpful in helping us find things to do in the area and suggesting off site activities. We even rented a couple of movies from the office one evening. We had a great stay and I do believe we owe a big part of that to our lodging choice. We will definitely be back!

  3. Hugh Shepherd says:

Efficient, comfortable and nice location. Very clean as well as friendly.

  4. Vagn Petersen says:

Like last year my wife and I had a nice stay at Wildwood Inn.
All in all we are very satisfied with our stay, however there are some areas that may be improved to make the experience of staying an even more memorable.
    1. This is the second year I realize that there is a discount of 10% if you “remember” to mention it at time of booking. We didn’t “remember” this and we didn’t got a discount.
    2. Arrival time is too limited. You can not check in before 4 pm but the reception closes at 8 pm. That only gives you four hours to check in.
    3. There is free coffee in he room but no tea. My wife is a heavy tea drinker and we discovered the missing tea after 8 pm. Then it was too late for evening tea and morning tea too.
    4. We stayed in the Jewel Suite and it comes with a wonderful balcony. But the light in the balcony is almost not existing, which meant that we could not sit outside and eat.
    5. There is a gas grill to share with the other guests. Nice and we love it, but please do a little maintenance so ensure the grill is fully working.

Always a great experience. highly recommend !

  6. Thaddeus Nowak says:

This was the third time we have stayed at the Wildwood Inn. All three times have been in the Cascade Suites.

We like these because they are really are apartments right off the river. Each room is a little different, so the amenities are not always the same, but in the rooms we have stayed at, there are Tempurpedic beds.

We do a lot of hiking in the part, and being about a mile from the park entrance on 34 is great for us.

  7. Matt and Kim says:

John was very friendly and helpful, especially as we booked on short notice and he was able to accommodate all of our last minute requests. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything worked as it should have. My only issue was that the room didn’t have any tea in it, only coffee. Some of us like to wake up to a nice hot cup of tea!

  8. Mark Miller says:

    Perfect relaxing getaway!

  9. Dana Tiedeman says:

We loved our stay. Everything was great. It was very private even though we were in town. We had the elk come close to the porch, the mule deer through the yard a few times. Even better then the Rocky Mtn Park for seeing animals up close. I think the price was very reasonable for what we had.

  10. Ruth says:

It was wonderful to rest and enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife around Wildwood Inn. The staff are so friendly. We loved being there.

  11. Stan & Debra Priester says:

My husband & I came to Estes Park for our 25th wedding anniversary. He had reserved a place at Wildwood ahead of time, going by what they said they offered on their website. Upon arriving at Wildwood we were already excited just by the “look” of things up front. We were greeted by John, who was very personable and accommodating, he encouraged us to go up to our room and make sure all was as we expected. It was beyond what I expected, absolutely beautiful and inviting! However when we started up the hot tub, it was not working as it should have. We made a call to the desk and immediately John had someone come look at it. By the next morning the hot tub was back to full working order and a box of marvelous chocolates were left for any inconvenience we may have encountered! Our stay was absolutely perfect. Bob & Cindy were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist in anyway possible. The grounds were manicured and inviting. We will come back, Wildwood made our time in Colorado wonderful & full of everlasting memories!

  12. Janet Rife says:

The accommodations were very inviting and comfortable. The swimming pool was very small, so we didn’t use it. The people working there were exceptionally nice and welcoming. We will stay with you again again, when the time arises.

  13. RON MCCALL says:

I have stayed at over a dozen different places in Estes Park and the Wildwood Inn was by far the best. Units are large and very well appointed. Beds were great–slept like a “bear in Winter”.

  18. Ali says:

I recently stayed at the Wildwood Inn during a romantic get away and it was absolutely perfect! Our room was clean, nice, and everything we expected. Our view of the mountains was incredible! The staff was so sweet and helpful. It’s awesome that the hotel is just a few miles from the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park. I cannot say enough good things about the Wildwood Inn, we will be staying here each time we come and I will recommend it to everybody I know traveling to Estes Park!
