WE’VE GONE GREEN – We are excited to announce that we are the area’s first independently owned lodging establishment to incorporate recycling – for all of our guests. We are continually taking steps to better our ECO business practices.
We have a wide variety of both River front or Mountain side accommodations to choose from, as well as many amenities for our guests to enjoy. If you are staying five nights or more, we will reserve a specific suite or room for you.
Specials and Rates:
Wildwood Inn reserves the right to only honor Internet Specials when they are mentioned to us at the time of booking your reservation, specials are not honored when booking online. Once a reservation has been confirmed and you have not mentioned a particular special ALL specials become invalid for that reservation.
We are PAYING it FORWARD: We are NO Longer charging for ADDITIONAL persons!
Starting 2014 all rates are based only on day, date, and length of stay. Number of persons in your party NO longer matters as long as you do not exceed the maximum number the unit can sleep . The number of people noted next to the suite is the maximum it can sleep relevant to code. There is NO exceptions made for exceeding that number in occupancy. Pack-n-Play and Roll-a-ways will be an additional charge of $12.00 and are limited in number so reserve at the time of booking.

- Week day – Sunday – Thursday
- Weekend – Friday and Saturday
- 4+ – Staying 4 nights or longer (per night)
- 5+ – Staying 5 nights or longer (per night)
Rate includes daily towel delivery, new sheets and maid service on 4th day of each week (7 nights) booked, state and local taxes as well as a bed tax totaling approximately 5.5%, for all mountain and river units. Since the Pine View guest cabin is located in the city limits the tax rate is 10.50%, but all rates and taxes are subject to change. Some minimums may apply, but always check with the front desk.
50% of your stay or 2 nights (whichever is greater) secures reservation
If our cancellation policies seem strict, here are some recommendations for travelers insurance to insure you get reimbursed if something comes up and you are unable to keep your reservation.

30 day notice- deposit less a $50 administration fee refunded for most types of suites
60 day notice- REQUIRED for two bedroom suites and vacation home rentals
**If canceled after the minimum 30 or 60 day policy; or if shortening the stay; entire deposit is forfeited. (This applies to ALL reservations)
Check-In: 4:00 p.m. please understand in the busiest time of the summer it maybe a little later.
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
All guests that check out past our posted departure time will be subject to a 1/2 day rate fee
** The owners of Wildwood Inn guarantee that we and our staff will do our very best to meet or exceed any reasonable expectation of our guests based on the information that is contained within this website. For those unexpected events that can happen in this imperfect world, there will always be an onsite innkeeper to make every attempt possible to correct the situation.

Wildwood Inn values the trust its customers place in the company. Accordingly, Wildwood Inn adheres to the highest ethical standards in gathering, using and safeguarding customer information that is entrusted to the company.
Use and Collection of Customer Information
Wildwood Inn does not rent, sell or exchange information about its customers. Access to information about Wildwood Inn customers is restricted to the Wildwood Inn family of business. Third parties that need access to Wildwood Inn customer information in order to provide operational or other support services to Wildwood Inn must agree to safeguard customer information in strict compliance with Wildwood Inn policy.
Wildwood Inn gathers only the customer information that is needed to administer its business, provide superior service and communicate offers on merchandise and services that Wildwood Inn believes will be of interest to its customers. Wildwood Inn limits access to customer information to those employees who need it to carry out their business functions. Wildwood Inn educates its employees about Wildwood Inn policies and practices in regard to safeguarding customer information; preventing its unauthorized access, use or disclosure; and, ensuring its proper handling.
Accuracy and Security of Customer Information
Wildwood Inn makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the customer information it maintains is accurate, timely and secure. Wildwood Inn will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technological developments that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of customer information. Wildwood Inn enforces its policies in regard to gathering, access and use of personal customer information by its employees and authorized third parties.

Wildwood Inn World Wide Web sites collect personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from Web site visitors only when visitors voluntarily provide such information to Wildwood Inn. Wildwood Inn Web site visitors who do not want their personally identifiable information collected online are asked not to submit such information to Wildwood Inn. Wildwood Inn Web site visitors are informed that when they provide Wildwood Inn with personally identifiable information online, that information is kept within the Wildwood Inn family of businesses.
