Each of these off property one bedroom one bath river suites feature in-room freshwater hot tub, living room with sofa sleeper, fireplace, full kitchen and bath.  These suites differ in the following manner. #41 has a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress and direct river access from its private river level deck, while #47 has a king pillow top mattress and is a top level suite with wrap around private deck.

These condo suites with private river front decks and in-room fresh water hot tubs are a combination all our own. Located on Fall River Road 3 1/2 miles west of Estes Park and 1/2 mile from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
