Each of these off property one bedroom one bath condo suites feature a living room with sofa sleeper, fireplace, full kitchen and bath. The suites differ in the following manner: #43 has a queen Tem­pur-Pedic mattress while all the others offer pillow top mattresses, #42 and #48 have a queen size bed and #49 1/2 has a king size bed. All suites have south facing decks while the ground level suite #48 offers direct river access. You will experience beautiful river and mountain views from anyone of these suites.

These condo suites with private river front decks are a fishermen’s dream, located on Fall River Road 3 1/2 miles west of Estes Park and 1/2 mile from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
