Halloween in Estes Park – Don’t miss it -

Tuesday, October 26th, 2010

If you have never come to Estes Park for Halloween you have missed a great time! The down town street is closed for pedestrians only and you will see all ages dressed up to trick or treat the different merchants along the way, or just to see all the great costumes.  Come for the entire weekend and before heading home enjoy this great spooky event.

We have had a wonderful Fall so far enjoying great summer like weather for many days, but it is changing to more like what our Fall weather should be. The large animals are coming down out of the high country so viewing them is a for sure deal.

I had several guests say they saw a moose while hiking this summer, but never did I think one would be spotted so close to our property, even though we do border Rocky Mountain National Park.
