Nice to see old friends

Wednesday, September 29th, 2010

With so many of our friends coming back to stay with us again these last few weeks, it really feels like “old home week”. It is so good to see you all and to hear how your year has been with you and your families.  Like always we keep you in our thoughts and prayers as you travel back home and until we see you again. We await your return visit.

Well I think our bears are finally getting the hint that we want them to eat the berries off the bushes and not the trash :)   We have not seen them around during the day like we had earlier in the season so our hard work of keeping the trash out of the cans over night is working!!

We are looking for a great Fall with the trees just starting to think about changing and the elk are starting to come down from the high country. Estes is full of things to do and like always to see. The arts and craft fair is always a must to see. The evenings are cooling off and the hummingbirds are starting to make their way south. Stop by and say hi if you are up for the day and didn’t choose to stay.
