Even the elk have enjoyed not having it snow today, although we are expecting a small amount of snow tonight. Bob plowed over 40 miles worth of roads, just trying to keep our roads open and passable.  At times all we could do was try to keep up but we are now ready for another great weekend! Thanks to all our great guests we were booked last weekend. We have our Wine Tasting Event this Saturday and have space available so if you don’t have plans for the weekend give us a call and join us for this fun evening of Wine and Food!

Saturday Feb 20th the snow is flying

Saturday Feb 20th the snow is flying

The wood fireplace is going and the wildlife are out looking for food. Our resident red fox (female) and the resident black fox (male) have been sighted many times today hunting for food that is hiding under the 5 inches of snow.  Many of you are renting the snowshoes that we have here at the office for a great day of fresh powder and many are  just checking out our great free selection of DVD’s. If you aren’t staying this weekend then maybe we will see you next weekend for our Wine Tasting Event

What a gorgious snowy day here at Wildwood Inn in Estes Park. It will be a great weekend for private hot tubing. If you have never sat in a hot tub when it is snowing it is the BEST! Tomarrow will be a great day to go to Rocky Mountain National Park and snowshoe with fresh new powder. Remember if you do not have your own we do have them for rent at the office.

The Olympic’s are well under way and we are so proud of our USA teams! We are giving 2% off for every medal that the USA team wins! WOW we are giving 36% off currently so no reason not to come up and enjoy a stay at Wildwood Inn.
